UNSG Reports on Progress Toward Disability and Development Targets[viewed]

The UN Secretary-General issued a review of progress on mainstreaming disability in the international development agenda (A/69/187). The report recommends the establishment of a UN coordinating mechanism for responding to technical assistance needs, particularly in relation to future development goals in the post-2015 development agenda.

Acharya Recommends 50% of ODA for LDCs[viewed]

“Those that are in danger of slipping should be given foremost priority,” writes Gyan Chandra Acharya, UN High Representative for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) and small island developing States (SIDS) in a post for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) 'In My View' series.
